Ordering

To place an order, please use the contact page to email me or telephone me on 01903 520011 to discuss your requirements. Following our first meeting, a written quote will be provided. This quote will specify a non-refundable deposit which is payable to secure your purchase. This amount will be deducted from the final total. The design process can then begin!

Payment

Full payment (minus the deposit) is required on delivery of your order. If you are unable to make full payment on the agreed delivery date, your order will be held by Victoria Austin until payment can be made. Cheques must clear before delivery of your order.
